Payment and Trip finalization
Once you confirm your trip by email, we’ll send your invoice and a payment link for the required deposit to secure your stays and experiences with our partners.
You’ll also receive the booking documents and detailed itinerary needed for your Schengen visa application.
Final Payment and Travel
Your final invoice will be shared with you and is due 1–1.5 months before your travel date. Once payment is complete, your Nordic journey is all set.
